This book focuses on how people navigate through trauma, and how the treatment of trauma has grown throughout the years. From the authors point of view and experiences with many different people, it allows the reader to feel the authenticity, care, and work that goes into treating trauma clients, while also seeing how trauma affects human beings.

            Esther Perel

This book does a deep dive of desire and intimacy and how they sometimes hold each other back. Esther Perel is an internationally known sex therapist who enjoys answering the hard, and sometimes uncomfortable, questions. This book is no different. It allows the reader to see success and failures she has had with clients, all while relating them back to your own life.
